During last ten years more than ten thousand project managers have developed their project management competences in our educational center. Our distinctive feature, as we believe, consists of two main components. The first one is understanding of current tasks that arise in front of project managers and companies. The second one is that we constantly remain in trend of what is going on with our clients and help to achieve more, believing that investments in education should be repaid.
For achievement of better results we offer four main variants of cooperation:
Development of project management competences (personal & performance) on our workshops in an open format
On our workshops, the skills are worked on personal projects of each student. The student can always get answers to his/her questions from Consultant. In Calendar section you may find a schedule of our workshops in open format till summer 2014.
For corporate clients there is a Program of yearly development of specialists on our workshops in open format. The Program starts after conclusion of a yearly framework contract for employees training. Participation of employees in practical sessions is executed as an appendix to running contract. The program is convenient for companies which require development of new skills or constantly hire new employees. In case of conclusion of a yearly contract there is a discount – 5% off the cost of participation in our workshops.
The Student works personally face to face with the consultant. The training program is developed for the solution of a specific task, personal consultation on running and implemented projects, training schedule convenient for student.
Development of competences and elaboration of projects in format of corporate practical training
Workshops and trainings for the group (up to 20 students) consisting of the company specialists and managers, are held on the Customer’s territory.

“Support” – consulting support of students in course of changes introduction
After conduction of corporate training sessions we offer support to make the changes implementation successful. The support may have different forms according to the Customer’s request. The most popular support is conducted in two parts. First is developed for solution of specific task or introduction of changes: during a specific period of time the students receive support in application of results worked, and consultations on implemented projects.
At the end of first part the Improving Workshop takes place in order to consolidate and analyze the results of implementation. This format fits for companies that introduce changes or for project teams which want to elaborate the project before start and go through the first stages of its implementation with the consultant.
