Delivery package:
- Hardware key for USB port;
- User Manual in Russian;
- Product installation in electronic form;
- Spider Project Viewer:
- Spider Project Viewer is used for project review.
- Making calculations option is not included in this version.
- It is usually installed in top managers’ offices.
- Spider Project Viewer can be installed on unlimited number of workbenchescomputers.
- Software servicing period - one calendar year from the date of purchase. Servicing includes:
- Access to the web-site of developer for getting new versions of the software product;
- Correction of faults bugs found by User in the product within 30 working days from the day of receipt of the respective request of User;
- Consultations viaby telephone or e-mail in case of any problems and questions related to product operation.
Spider Project: Updating
After one calendar year you may prolong the servicing period for 1 year.
The cost of servicing amounts to 20% of the current cost of the product.
Servicing includes:
- Access to the web-site of developer for getting new versions of the software product;
- Correction of bugsfaults found by User in the product within 30 working days from the day of receipt of the respective request of User;
- Consultations viaby telephone or e-mail in case of any problems and questions related to product operation.
Updated versions with new functional options are available once in a month.
Validity period of software and hardware key is unlimited.

If you already use Spider Project Desktop or Spider Project Desktop Plus, you can buy other versions of the product at a special price and extend product opportunities.
